Only 14 days late... here they are.
1. Eat healthier: Gonna start making more salads and have less fast food. I will also chew my food better. "Chew your drink, and drink your food". - Ghandi
2. Quit being such a bitch all the time and just do it: I recently realized that I am huge procrastinator.
3. Jump higher, run faster, flip stronger: How you ask? A combination of bikram YOGA and CROSSFIT. http://bikramyoga.com/ http://www.crossfit.com/
4. Barefoot running: I will start wearing shoes less often because it feels so good to be barefoot. I know that sounds hippie-ish, but I am kind of a hippie so that works.
5. I am going to make a concerted effort at trying to go to bed earlier. I haven't gone to bed before midnight in... god knows how long. I am always online facebooking with people or watching youtube or checking my email. I mean come on who needs to check email at midnight? there is no point, hence I will go to bed earlier.
